Cancellation Policy

At Elite Golden Assistance, we value your time and commitment. To ensure smooth operations and fairness for all clients, we have established the following cancellation and refund policies: 1. Consultation Booking Cancellation: Free Consultations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your free consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may result in a restriction on rebooking another free consultation. No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled consultation without prior notice, future bookings may require a paid deposit. 2. Service Package Booking Cancellation & Refunds For Monthly or Custom Service Packages: Cancellations Before Service Start: If you cancel before work begins, a full refund will be issued, minus any transaction fees. Cancellations After Service Has Started: If the cancellation request is made within the first 7 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the work already completed. If more than 50% of the agreed service period has been completed, no refund will be issued. Early Termination of Ongoing Services: If you wish to discontinue services before the end of the contract, a 30-day notice is required. Any payments already made will not be refunded. Rescheduling & Modifications For service modifications (upgrading or downgrading your plan), please contact us at least 7 days before the next billing cycle. Any unused services cannot be rolled over to the next month unless explicitly stated in the service agreement.
